Kopp's Cycle wants you to be satisfied. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service, a selection of products we will use ourselves and competitive prices. We are a quality-driven company and our eight core values include the following:

Price Policy

Our goal is to offer our products and services with clearly marked "no haggle" prices. You will find some of our products offered on the internet at a lower LISTED price. We offer more service, warranty, physical presence and advice. In most cases buying from Kopp's is less expensive. EXAMPLES : The published MSRP for a bicycle does not include a kickstand, installation and advice of accessories and more. Parts and accessories include our buying advice, shipping and handling and someone to come back to if you have a question or problem.


Our promise: Store managers make the final decision in always taking care of our customers, but we do have guidelines for matching our competition. KOPP'S CYCLE Retail Store Price Match Guarantee If you find a lower advertised price on the same available brand and model, we will match that price. Simply bring in the ad of the local retail competitor, while the lower price is in effect and receive your price match.

• We do not honor Internet Pricing. • We do not honor competitor advertisements from outside of the store's local trade territory. • We do not honor advertisements that require a purchase in order to receive the advertised price or free product.

The guarantee does not apply to website pricing . Offers that include financing, bundling of items, free items, pricing errors and mail-in offers. Items that are limited-quantity, out of stock, open-box, clearance, Outlet Center, refurbished/used items.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is considered a local retail competitor? A retail store located in the same market area.

What is considered "proof" of price? If you have already purchased the item, the best way to show proof of price is to bring in your original receipt, plus the competitor's current ad. We reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product? Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching

Are services eligible for price matching? Due to the differences in services being performed, Kopp's does not match competitors' service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery, installation and electronic services.

Can I have my price match request processed over the phone or online? It is best to come in however, if you have questions regarding the policy, call Charlie anytime at 609-313-6792 or email charlie@koppscycle.net.

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a store credit. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account. IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within one business day. We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order prior to picking it up. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.

RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back for an exchange or credit, No Refunds. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.) 

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.
